Hi Jospeh, there are a lot of careers in the field of sports management. You can even go to school to get your bachelors, masters or doctorate in sports management. You will get to watch games as well as have a career. Some things to research or look into could be: sports statistician, physical therapist, sports trainer, coach, professional referee, sports marketing, sports journalism, etc. Also look into Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management as a career field.

Hi Joseph,
I grew up a huge sports fan, and still am. I am currently in NBA retail and it has given me the opportunity to witness games, events, concerts, and other things that take place in our arena. Some examples include: NCAA tournament games, ACC tournament, NBA All-Star Weekend, more concerts than I can list, and much more. Yes, I work during them, but the reward is being able to be in the arena, witnessing, and feeling the moments you have seen on TV.
