Now that I am a radiologist in practice, 45-65 hours per week depending on if I am taking a weekend shift. I also take some night call for radiology procedures month

As a new scientist or health care worker, there would be many options. In today's healthcare and biotechnology, you can work many times or shifts. Some people prefer less common hours and may like working night shifts or off hours. When you start out, you have less flexibility and over time as you gain experience, need less supervision and gain seniority you will have more choice.
