Estelle’s Answer

You should look at majoring in Radio, Television, and Film. Summer internships are important. If you can play a college sport or dual major in journalism or sports management, that would be even better.

Bryant’s Answer

To be a sportscaster look at either majoring in communications, marketing, public speaking, theatre or anything that allows you to express yourself. Besides doing this, look at joining a sports team as either an athlete or be on the coaching staff to gain more experience as well as reaching to those in the sports field. Look at reaching out to sports columnist in your town or news media professionals to gain more insights.
