Hi, Thanks for the question.
Each and every person will see a motivator among the people they connect to or the day to day tools that we use! Again it all depends on what interests you and where you are heading. People who encourage you to start something new which you have never done before, I would call them POWERFUL MOTIVATORS, they are like real heroes inspiring people to be motivated and succeed ahead. I see INTERNET as my motivator where I learn so many new things. Though this is a tool and not human, it motivates me to do what I have never done before.
Hope this answer is useful.
Thanks.

This is a great question and has a lot of different answers. You have two types of motivators in terms of duration. Short term motivators that generally work very effectively for a short period are often like money, gifts, and other types of rewards. Longer, more sustained motivators generally come in the form of a worker feeling fulfilled and valuable in their role. In order to really get into this type of motivation, the leader must know who they are working with and develop a relationship with them. Knowing them over time, they can give them the feedback that shows them the impact they are making.
Honestly, each person is different and what makes the biggest difference is asking people what they are motivated by. See how they respond and then how you can help them achieve their goals.

Some powerful motivators can be your support network (those who inspire, encourage and challenge you), fear (stress and/or anxiety triggers "fight or flight" responses and causes an adrenaline rush and action), love or passion for something (passion inspires action), mastery (feeling the need to master something and be successful at something) and sense of responsibility. In my career, I have found some of my greatest motivators to be my desire to succeed, my support group and financial reward.
Each person finds their motivators; so, your motivators may be totally different than someone else. The core of who you are, the things that you value, and the things that you find joy in will be your guide and you'll naturally find out what truly motivates you.

The most powerful motivators are those that are sustainable. Consider when you are happiest. What are you doing when you are feeling fully engaged. As you consider, you may find those aspects of life that are most motivating to you.
