You can always look up on Glassdoor.com or make some easy calculations:
How much does your current plumber / electrician charges per hour?
How many hours does he/she work a day roughly? (you can ask local plumbers/electricians if needed)
Then you need to make some assumptions
- How much will you spend promoting your services, doing some free gigs to learn and get some experience
- How much will you spend commuting, buying tools, etc
At the end you should have:
Total you charge per hour * total hours you worked - cost of commuting / etc (recurring costs) and a rough depreciation cost on your tools

I'm not too sure but you can go to Google and ask . You can also compare electrician and plumber salary to see which pays better. It also depends on you ! Which one do you like the most and more passionate about ,just be honest with yourself then go from there . It's best to go with what your passionate about because you will enjoy it more but if you decide to go with a job because of more money you might end up hating it in the long run because there's no passion.
