Brandon’s Answer

Be on time and show up when you say you will. Listen to your foreman or crew leader and follow through on tasks. Always pay attention to the older and experienced people, they often have a lot to teach you that you won't necessarily learn in trade school, you'll also earn respect for trying to better yourself. Don't be a danger to yourself or others by working unsafely and pay attention to the other trades if you are in a jobsite environment. Nobody wants to work with someone that may get them hurt and you may lose your job over it. Always continue to learn, whether it's new regulations, industry tech and tools or refining your skills. Continuing to grow will make you more effective and efficient.
