You need a blend of skills - technical understanding, the ability to empathize with users, work with experience design. There are great opportunities for career advancement and the ability to move into company leadership or become an entrepreneur.

I would look into anything in Computer Sciences or Healthcare - those fields are both stable and high-security as far as opportunities go. I would also gently encourage you to research and ask those around you who may be in career fields you're interested in how satisfied they are with their work. Opportunities are one thing, but if you get into a career field that you're not satisfied with, you won't last long (or you might, but have a lower quality of life than you'd like). There's sometimes more to career than what's currently trending!
