My goal is animator how can i achieve this goal?

What I tell people all the time is, if you are "x" then do "x"! If you are an animator, then animate. Today, there is a low barrier of entry to work on your skills. A decent computer is cheap and there are free animation programs out there (Blender). Do wait for someone to teach you, google tutorials on the net and get to work. Make up a fictional story and have at it. Don't wait for permission. Get to it.
