Is it worth pursing a degree in bio engineering? Is it hard to find a job after college?

I am currently a high school senior who is going to be majoring in bio engineering in the fall. I am not sure if I should major in bio engineering or civil engineering. #engineer #civil-engineering #bioengineering

Hi Gabriela - I don't believe it will be hard at all for you to find a job majoring in bio-engineering. My advice to you is to get as much real world applications as possible while doing your major. That involves reading up on career opportunities, meeting people in the field via academic clubs, groups, career office. Talking with your professors and asking to work on projects. Also make sure to do an internship junior or senior year. Most of your career opportunities will be the result of networking.
