Hello, Christy! That's a very good question. I went to business school and earned my MBA in my thirties, but went to college at a university that did have an undergraduate business school. Not all colleges have this option for undergraduates, but most offer a business major.
If you are undecided (and if your university has a separate undergraduate business school), you can investigate if and how you can apply to the school from elsewhere in the university. This may be an option until you have earned a certain number of credits or before your sophomore or junior year.
Also, regardless of your eventual major you should be able to take courses like accounting, finance, management, and marketing that are basically the core of a business degree, whether undergrad or MBA. You don't have to major in business as an undergrad to get into an MBA program (i did not) -- but taking some of those types of courses can help you decide.
Finally, it's important to remember that many successful business people do not have any kind of business degree. The education helps -- but what is more important is to be comfortable with numbers, managing people, and running an organization with a view to the future. Whatever choice you make, it's important to choose something that you are passionate about -- at the same time that it will help you build skills for the future. Good Luck!
