What college courses would I need to take to become a Recording Arts Technician?

I really want to work in a music studio but I live in a small town with little opportunity and I would very much appreciate if you could help me figure out what courses I need to take. Thank you so much! #music #music-recording #recording-production #studio-recording

Amanda’s Answer

Several years ago I took an Introduction to Music Production from Berklee College of Music MOOC on Coursera. This was a wonderful way to learn the basics while connecting with other learners, and I was able to do it all from home online. I would encourage you to look for these types of opportunities that don't limit you by funds or location. Good luck!
