Raquel’s Answer

The knowledge that it is critical to invest in myself!
Instead of working on my weaknesses, I work to improve my "awesomeness". Everyone has at least 5 things that others consider them to be awesome at. These are things that come naturally to you and require little effort. Companies are willing to pay for awesome but not-so-much for things you are mediocre at so develop your awesomeness.

Biswadeep Saha’s Answer

It depends if you are asking yourself or responding to someone during interview. While asking yourself have to pretty honest because thats something which gives you confidence. However if this is asked during and Interview you have to be prepared for relevent answer that not only you are confident about but what interviewer is expected to hear. In my exp often interviewer will skip questions related to your strength :)

Jamie’s Answer

I am passionate about my job because every day i want to do better and be better for those i support. I was once in their shoes and wanted someone to fight for me to get answers. Now i get to do that everyday for them. I am motivated by helping others find answers and solving problems in broken processes and projects. my biggest strength is self motivation and always trying to be better.

This is a great question and I agree with the answer already here! It is absolutely crucial that you invest time and energy into yourself and to play to your strengths. I make sure to take time to take online classes that help with my professional development and strengthen abilities you already are good at. Never stop working on improving yourself and playing to your strengths!

Bereket’s Answer

When preparing for an interview, I try to think of the top 3-5 skills that are critical for the job. Then I see which one I'm strongest in and list that as my greatest strength.

More generally, it helps to have a desired job or career path (or a few of them). Even if it's not fully fleshed out, the goal can help guide the things you learn and the projects you work on. That way your strengths naturally align with the goal.
