If you are planning to pay out of pocket for tuition (not with student loans) and pay per semester while in college then yes. Most colleges have payment plans that students can sign up for to pay for their student balance for the semester. This way you are making a couple of payments throughout the semester rather than one large payment. I would reach out to your college's financial aid department for more specific information. Like Amber said, if paying for college out of packet, most schools have payment plans for students to make few payments throughout the semester. That information should be available through either financial aid or bursar's office of each college.
