Greetings Lenier,
I find myself procrastinating when I need to do something that I do not really want to do or if it feels overwhelming. The good news is that you see this happening, therefore you can manage your time better in completing tasks that you need to do, regardless of your excitement around the topic. Splitting up the project or work into smaller, more manageable pieces will help you get started.
Hard working, being a good listener and finishing your work on time are great qualities Lenier. These are self motivating skills that employers will look for in a potential employee.
I would suggest that you make a list of the reasons why you chose this program, what your goal is once you complete the program and where would like to see yourself working post graduation. Keep your list with you and remind yourself of the end goal. This will help you stay motivated and positive each day.
Good Luck in Diesel Programming at UTI of Orlando. You got this!!

Laziness is brought on by lack of interest. You need to find your Why and you will be excited about the steps you are taking in your job and in life.
Take a look at this video to help in discovering your own why. The presenter is Simon Sinek and he is a Best Selling Author and perhaps one of the top motivational speakers in the world. https://www.google.com/search?q=finding+your+why&rlz=1C1GCEA_enUS875US878&oq=finding+your+why&aqs=chrome.0.0j46j0l3j69i64l3.6117j0j4&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
When feeling unmotivated break each task into smaller tasks and cross them off as you complete them, this will give you small wins that will keep you engaged.
