Hi,
Firstly, I usually check and reply emails overnight from clients and colleagues received overnight in another timezone. Then, I have meetings with clients and other stakeholders. I also reply to email, phone calls, prepare documents throughout the day.

HI,
Once you reach office, check your emails and respond to email which are addressed to you.
Respond to customer queries, setup a WebEx call to check customer issues on realtime.
Fix the issue, collect logs if it needs further investigation.
Do investigation and then reach back to customer via email.
