What job appeals to extremely outgoing and creative people?
I want to do something in a field that makes me happy and allows me to be myself but while still making money, but it seems that jobs in 2020 that are availbale don't appeal to people in artsy careers or design fields. #design #film #graphics #fine-art #video #creativity

If you're really "outgoing and creative", SALES may be the best career for you. There are plenty of sales positions that will allow you to use your creative side, and you will always meet new people and new challenges ever day.

Hi Maria!
I'm solidly on the 'introvert' side of the spectrum, but I understand the struggle of trying to find a position that incorporates creativity among its aspects (for me one of the most important is 'job security'). The good news is: there are tons of creative positions out there! Even in industries or companies you might thing are staid and boring, I promise there are teams of people who are working on that company's branding, or its advertising and marketing, or its communications strategy. You might not be painting a picture every day, but creativity is crucial to these roles.
Since you are looking for something that combines creative with an outgoing personality, you might look into roles having to do with events planning and management (events people are constantly liaising with other people, brainstorming solutions, and coming up with cool new ideas for events). Another area to explore might be some sort of stylist position (there are interior stylists, clothing stylists, food stylists, etc.) - some of these are less social than others, but stylists often work with teams, or at least directly with their clients.
Good luck!

Most people that work in their dream career will admit that it is still a job. Some jobs are better suited for an individual skill or desire than others, but there is no perfect job. We all have to work. I enjoy my work, but there are still times when I don't want to get up an start the work day. It's only human. Artists are unique people. We have a deeper purpose in life and find it hard to fit in. It's a daily battle for me. I'm happy with what I do, yet I have days where I struggle, however I wouldn't do anything else. The best advise I can give is to find your definite and absolute skills, pursue those and you'll find satisfaction, maybe the perfect job may elude you, but satisfaction is the ultimate goal.

I never, ever wanted to do anything by paint full-time...but, invariably, times came that required getting a job. I was fortunate to fall into a position developing e-learning courses right at the birth of this learning niche. As a creative person, going into training, learning development, or digital media can be fun, engaging, and rewarding. You get to use the creative side constantly, and still save some creative juice for the work waiting at home on the easel.
The titles and descriptions to look for (google) are Instructional Design, Digital Media Producer, Performance Consulting, e-learning developer, or creative services.
Best wishes,
