Should I try to be a CNA my senior year, or should I wait until after high school?

I am currently a high school junior and am interested in becoming a Cardiologist. My high school offers a CNA class, but so does a college a few minutes away (CWI). I am also going to be taking some classes at the college my senior year. So the real question is: Is it worth becoming a CNA if my interest is cardiology? If so, should I take the CNA class for a year at my high school, or should I take it for a semester at the college? Or should I just wait until after high school to take the class? Sorry for all the questions, but this is the place to ask! :D #medicine #college-jobs

Hi Brett,

Both sound great I think you should do both. Taking your CNA in high school will exposed you and you can volunteer in a cardiology office in the summer. Also when you start college continue the program by than you would have the experience you would need to succeed in the field.

Good luck and stay focus.
