Study 11th and 12th in any school or college. Get at least 1st class in 12th that should help you get into any engineering college with a govt seat. this would cost you less money. But, try to score more in your 12th.
If you wanna stick to engineering stream from now. You can start with diploma in computer science and engineering right after 10th. you can join a govt college around you which will help you start your education with learning stuffs related to s/w engineering. Later you can join engineer stream of computer science which can get you a degree.

I would suggest to continue high school and choose Maths (Mandatory) as one of the subject and computer as an optional. Passout and choose BE Computer Science.
If you score good marks you can even select B.School or IIT.
For financial help, you can approach the college or financial institutions. Alternatively, concentrate on your studies get good marks in high school so that you might get sponsored.

You can go for NTTF where you can study the IT,CSC and more courses related to computer and you can get the job easily as most of the IT companies go there for the campus hire. And most of the banks offering loans for the students so you no need to worry on expenses during your study

The best way to become Software Engineer is to take Science stream (Maths, Physics, Chemistry) in PUC (12th) and then continue to do Engineering in Computer Science.
All colleges offer financial help. Please approach the head of the college where you get admission for Financial help. They'll surely do.
