I wanted to volunteer for social services as I am a law student and feel that true justice is in righteous volunteering. Can I be a part of your movement?
I am #law student at CHRIST Deemed to be University Bengaluru Karnataka and I feel that true humanity can achieved if we all bring out the #lawyer within ourselves to #question every wrongly held idea, be it "woman are weak" or "we are apolotical".

When I was a law student, i volunteered at a local legal advice clinics run by one qualified lawyer and a bunch of students. This was an amazing experience as it is so different to simply studying law. You get to put your skills into practice and it is very meaningful when you actually know you are helping people in need. Perhaps there are some similar openings where you are?

Volunteering to do social work takes a special person and you can learn lots about it by volunteering. You may also find more about what you truly want to do. There are several live and virtual movements to be part of and you can volunteer short term or longer term.

Hi Tannvi,
I had the same mindset during my undergrad for Sociology and I enjoyed the volunteer work I’ve done. I think volunteering is very noble and teaches you many things in your field and may even direct you towards a path you didn’t expect. It may be stressful and challenging sometimes but the important thing to remember is why you’re doing it. Definitely check out UNICEF and their online club volunteer opportunities. I hope you find the right organization for you. Good luck.
