Would a masters degree be needed to find a good job in marine biology?
I will be an under grad studying this at the university of Maine in orono #marine-biology

It all depends on what you want to do. In short though, you should probably plan on pursuing grad school if you don't want to be a field tech for the rest of your life. Unfortunately, I can't offer much more detail than this due to the vague nature of your question.
VERY VERY IMPORTANT: YOU WILL NOT MAKE MUCH MONEY, IF ANY, BY GOING INTO MARINE BIOLOGY. If you desire a high paying job, don't even bother heading into this field. Jobs are hard to come by and definitely some of the lowest paying science careers.
