Gymnastics requires a lot of training. Their training consist of balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, endurance and control. Gymnastics is the development of the arms, legs, shoulders, back, chest and abdominal muscle. Alertness, precision, daring, self-confidence and self-discipline are mental traits that are also skills gymnast develop. All this training is what allows gymnast to be able to do all those flips and tricks. Keep up with your training and you will be a great gymnast.

Go for it! Remember training and preparation is key, but if you truly love it the work will come easy. Remember your goal and work every day to strive for it! Set small weekly or monthly goals to continue to improve - maybe it's a new trick on the bars or added flexibility on the floor. Small goals make your large goal achievable! I look forward to seeing you in the Olympics one day!

Super excited for you! Proper training and dedication is key. You have to be fearless and determined in order to reach your gymnastics goals. Like some of the other answers, set small goals for yourself and track them. Each goal you achieve will make you feel confident and strong in your skill set. Best of luck little gymnast!
