Tiana’s Answer

I am currently a senior in college and was considering a career in sports medicine. I was initially a Biology major but switched to Health and Human Sciences. This major was more geared toward understanding human anatomy and physiology while Biology became more centered around Marine and Plant life. Switching my major was way more beneficial in my opinion and interesting if you are interested in Sports medicine and exercise science.

Human biology is a great start for learning the human body but also look into Kinesiology the study of human body movement.
