I am considering Engineering as a Degree. I am not sure which field of Engineering to pursue. How do I narrow it down and finally decide on which one would be best for me?

I am good with Mathematics and I have always heard that Engineering if a GREAT field to pursue. I just do not know that much about it and I need more information to make a better decision. #design-engineering

You did say that you are good at math. What else are you good at? What are your hobbies? What do you enjoy? What do you value?

For example, I am a mechanical / automotive engineer because I am good in mechanical physics and I enjoy the automotive industry.

Amanda’s Answer

Try to explore other areas that are more focused around your hobbies and interests. I am a UI/UX developer and studied both computer science and design in school because I wanted to work in an engineering field that combined my interest in coding and creativity.

Because engineering can be such a wide field to investigate, look within your interests and it's more than likely a job will come out of it!
