Sidney’s Answer
There are case study competitions online because of the Covid 19 pandemic. The case study competitions are generally geared toward the students of the University. I am sure the need for a list of specific information like case study competitions online will be added to the wealth of information that is already available online. During this time organizations are preparing themselves to fully utilize the online environment because of the impact Covid 19 has had on us globally.

It does seem hard right now to interact with teachers in-person with COVID-19 and stay at home orders across the USA. But you are on the right track to not wait and try to find something online to better use your free time right now. Below is a website (Google can be your friend right now if you ask it the right question) to help get you started in your search.

Even if there are not many online case study competitions right now, I think there will be more offerings as these competitions adapt to allow people who are at home or not on school campuses to participate. I did some searching online and found a couple things that may be helpful. Many case study competitions are organized by universities, and some of them seem to limit participation to the university students, but not all do!

This post lists 60 case competitions covering a variety of topics (e.g., business, environmental innovation, health) that are scheduled for 2020. Some of these have already taken place, but many of them appear to be annual events that you could consider next year. These sponsors may also offer additional case competitions, so I would suggest going to their sites to research if they offer other case study competitions that did not make this particular list.
The Global 2020 case competition has already happened this year, but is health/science focused, and has the case and the video available for everyone, so you could review it as a practice. This competition looks like it took place virtually since participants were global. It is also an annual event.

It would be neat to look at the sites for some other events that have already happened to see if the case study materials are available so you can practice for future competitions. Also, some of these events appear to be organized and lead by students. Maybe you could try to participate in the planning and execution of a case study competition to see both sides.
