Work description tell about the nature of the work.
It outlines the specifics of a particular job and position in a company.
It goes into detail also about the day to day responsibilities of a job.
For example: in your tag you mentioned social-work so the work description of a Social workers will be to provide advice, support and resources to individuals and families to help them solve their problems.
