Would you be willing to participate in a survey about remote work environments and its impact on job satisfaction?

Hey, I'm a high school student conducting a research project on how your home workspace impacts your job satisfaction. If you work remotely could you complete this survey, it takes about 5 minutes. This is a repost from a previous question, but I was hoping to get five more responses before I enter an analysis phase of research. Thanks for the consideration, it means a lot!

Lyndon’s Answer

Completed the survey. I have a background in survey and item response theory and thought some advice on how to make it better will help you if this is something you have continued interest in....

Some things for you to consider to improve validity and data quality.

Lyndon recommends the following next steps:

1. Add a question for location. It will allow for context to the salary. $100k salary in NY will not get you as far as it will in SC and cost of living is a good metric to join to this survey
2. Consider switching to a Likert scale or continual scale for some of your questions. It will allow for more robust analysis. If you want to capture sentiment (good, bad, favorable, boring, etc.), I recommend you pare that out into its own question after the scales.
