What does it takes to be a Medical practitioner

I have always wanted a career in the field of medicine, so I want to know what it takes to be a Medical practitioner #doctor #veterinary #optometrist

In Veterinary Medicine it takes 8 years of college. Four undergrad and four vet school plus several years of experience working with animals prior to school.

You will need good grades in high school & undergraduate, will strong concentration in science and math, experience working with animals (or medicine if medical doctor), and a well rounded extra cirricular personality.
