I agree with the first answer, immersion/exposure is certainly a great way to start, which will help with hearing. A few other things to add, find yourself a mentor/partner in your goal to improve. Have someone who’s truly interested in helping you and will point out when your mispronouncing words. They don’t need to be fluent in English, just someone who has a sharp ear and is critical/helpful in a way that won’t let you slide on pronunciation, that will help with speaking. Lastly, practice reading/writing in a journal simple thoughts/sentences and practice frequently, which will help with reading and thinking in English. Best of luck!!
