I would start with looking at different schools and there programs.
Illinois Institute of technology is a great one in Chicago. Sci-arc in Los Angeles is also great to look into. Most state colleges offer a 4year program.

Also you will need to get license but that will take a few years because you'll have to put some time in the industry . Age wise, you probably will not become an official licensed architect until you're like 28-30. That's if you're on top of your game.

It really up to you. There’s no age restriction. It depends on well you do in high school before you graduate. Choose the correct schools and do some good research on those and look at some internships that best fits you needs.
