Rebecca’s Answer
If you like reading, writing, strategizing, solving problems, and performing (sometimes quite complex) analyses, you should consider using those strengths to become a lawyer. There are so many areas of the law that you will likely find something that "clicks" for you. For example, do you like real estate? Property lawyer. Like the idea of drafting air-tight agreements? Contracts lawyer. Are you interested in protecting the privacy of our personal data? Privacy lawyer. Like strategy and fighting (and winning) using your own intelligence? Litigator. Like engineering? Intellectual property lawyer. There are lawyers who work in family, criminal, health, international, regulatory, environmental, energy, art, wills, animal rights, aviation, gambling, sports, entertainment law, and so on! If you find the right area of law for you, you will never be bored.
