Hi Sana,
In the United States, we have data from the government through the Bureau of Labor and Statistics (http://www.bls.gov/oes/current/oes_nat.htm#00-0000) that help us understand questions like this. There are many other websites like glassdoor.com and salary.com that you can use to get an idea of what jobs pay the most and have the best benefits. Ultimately, this question has different answers for different people depending on how much salary is important to them and likewise what benefits they would like over others.
Hope that answers your question!

Hi Sana,
Most of us start off with the focus on money but once your basic needs are met we realize enjoying what you do is actually more important. People that enjoy what they do naturally spend a greater effort on it and then the money come anyway. Best is to find a job that makes you happy most of the time and start saving early to free yourself from financial stress.
I realize I did not answer your question directly but hope this helps anyway.

It may sound over-simplistic but Google is a great source for these kinds of questions. Things like Forbes Top Companies have all sorts of categories including benefits, work-life balance, compensation, etc. For example, the company I work for was rated the best company for expecting mothers because of the maternity leave and additional benefits we offer. It has resulted in a lot of mothers returning to work after having a child happy and ready to work, instead of stressed and rushed. Overall happiness is probably the thing I looked for the most when searching for a company to work for.
