I recommend you taking several online career tests. These would give you a good indication if you are really interested in medicine and/or nursing.

Only you can answer that. Ask people doing the work as their career, with the caveat that some people love their job and some people do not, regardless of the profession. There are so many options, even once you pick a path there are dozens of directions in which you can go. Be open to opportunity, look for problems to solve, and seek out people to help. You will do great in whatever field you choose.
