I do not believe so! I know people who run Midas and most times you only need to go to the trade school. I would check with a repair shop that peaks your interest and ask them for advice as well! It is an admirable job that helps people get where they're going each and every day!

No associates degree needed. I-CAR certification is a great start, Classes are available online or in person. This will equip you to work at certified shops and move up to top tier auto body shops. https://www.i-car.com/s/ to research more.

No, it may help but it's more about can you show a body shop work you've done? If you have really good work, it will be much easier.
