Are careers in the medical feild time consuming? Is there enough time to develop a persoal life, or is it all work?
As someone interested in the medical feild, I was wondering what kind of a lifestyle someone with this type of a career would have. #career #medicine #careers #lifestyle

Medicine is demanding but there is plenty of time for personal things. In fact it is pretty varied and depends on the specialty and even within the specialty the particular practice or professional environment. All of the physicians I know including myself, have hobbies, families etc that they are active with and do plenty of things outside of medicine. There is not a lot of time to fritter away though.

Here is an organization of women doctors that also has members who are students. Contact the reference librarian at your local library to find a contact and a possible local chapter to learn how these people manage life balance.
