Hi mM,
You could improve your spoken English by listening to TV or radio, then drinking coffee at Starbucks. Maybe listen and chat with a good friend? Also, the local parks would be good locations to visit with your good friend and chat. At local events and locations, you could listen and chat.

You can improve your English by watch movies and series. I would personally suggest start watching series and English will definitely improve.
