Can one can get scholarship in European, American and Asian University without ILETS, TOEFL, SAT in engineering sector?

I highly doubt that, since most scholarship programs use those test scores to gauge the students drive for success, leadership skills, community services, and financial needs to award scholarships or grants.

My, my, my...what a difference 4 years makes. In the year 2020, sadly as many of us have been exposed to the effects of a pandemic, there have been many changes to norms.
