Hi Irem,
Most universities have programs for high school students and they are announced on university websites. These programs are either mainly focused on research (during school year) or they involve taking a couple of pre- or introductory-level college courses during the summer or winter break. Especially in the current situation, the majority of them are offered online.
If you are looking for programs in Turkey, Bogazici University (and likely others) have similar summer/winter programs designed for high school students also.
I would definitely recommend looking at the websites of individual universities. Wishing you all the best in your future endeavors!

According to a quick google search, many universities have specific programs for high school students to participate in research. These programs typically occur in the summer. My suggestion would be to google "research opportunities for high school students in [your state/city]" this would probably be the easiest and most efficient way to find opportunities. Additionally, if you cannot find research programs/internships available in your area or for your age, I would suggest dedicating your time volunteering instead. Most hospitals and hospice centers have volunteer programs for high school students and while it may not be the opportunity you were hoping for it is definitely worth your time!

It would be helpful to think about the KIND of research you are interested in doing and what you are interested in informing. For example, do you want to do research about consumer behavior? Or product usage? or medicine. Research is used in every field so having some parameters would be a good place to start your search.

I would start with searching research internships associated with universities or hospital systems first since your focus is research.
