Once you complete a degree and become certified to teach elementary in one state how hard is it to become certified in another state?

I am looking at getting an elementary education degree in North Dakota and I am wondering how hard it is to get certified to teach in other states after that. #education #elementary

In Texas, you can work as a teacher with certificate from another state. They will issue a temporary one for a year while you work and you should be certify after that. Every state is different, check with the board in which the states you are looking into.

You should check repricocity. I honestly don't know much about it other than what my sister, who is licenced in Ohio, has told me. Here is one website: http://www.swarthmore.edu/Documents/State%20Certification%20Reciprocity.pdf. It looks like no other states accept a license from North Dakota.
