What is the flexibility of a textile designer's schedule ( Up to how many Holidays and days off can one typically expect?)

I would like to be a textile designer and I've done a lot of research on it. However it can be sometimes difficult to find information on it as textile design is not one of the first things people think of for a career. Normally I get information for a fashion designer or interior designer. But these people's jobs are different from a textile designer's. However it's not unusual for textile designers to work with these sorts of people. Thus by asking professionals who may work closely with textile designers, I might get my question answered. So I thought it would be beneficial for me to try this website. #fashion #fashion-design #interior-design #interior-decorator #textiles

How many days off you have really depends on the company that you work for. I am a freelance textile designer so I create my own schedule and work from home now but most people start out working for a company and initially get 2 weeks of paid vacation time.
