Wael’s Answer

A math minor would make you more suitable for certain jobs. For example, the work on a quality engineer is heavily reliant on statistics making an engineer with a math minor more suitable for this position.

Ramesh’s Answer

Aligning a Math Minor with a related Major will add value to your education/training. Example, if you are a Business major studying quantitative finance, a Math/Stat minor will provide related background. Biology major studying Epidemiology, Computational Biology will benefit from a Math/Stat minor.
