Deby’s Answer

The larger firms (referred to as "BigLaw") often have summer internships for students after their 1L year; others will be after 2L. Smaller firms will consider candidates after graduation or passing the state bar exam. Try to do as many internships during the summer as you can as often these internships can lead to full time employment after bar passage.
