How can I get noticed by a talent agency for musical theatre?
A ton of my friends are represented by Nani-Saperstein Talent Management and I just want to know the best way to go about getting any talent management attention. Should I be the pain until the squeaky wheel gets the oil or wait for recognition in a professional manner? #acting #musical-theatre #broadway #live-theatre #musicals #casting #talent-management

For me, i got an agent by an agent showcase at my university, the way i got noticed was to have the most charisma out of everyone there! i may not have been the best performer, but i shone on stage because i had confidence, i was smiling and portraying the correct emotions for each scene, and i never lacked energy! <3

Out shine, Out work, and Out perform everyone else. You have to be better, bring the most value.. Like with any other job you are trying to get, you have to be 3 steps ahead of everyone else. Good luck

Be the squeaky wheel! Persistence is important and if they don’t think you are the right fit ask why so they you can learn from their feedback. I would also do other jobs within the theatre space. Be an assistant, help with costumes, get coffee - get involved in the industry you love so that you can make connections. Good luck!
