How would you rate the experience of coaching in high school sports?
Hi, my name is Maggie and I would like to become a high school teacher and coach. I have talked to some of my coaches in the past and gotten good answers, but I would like a little more commentary on the subject matter. #coaching #coach #sports

I am a recent high school athlete, i ran track & played football for one of the top high schools in my city. Some of my coaches who have been teaching for over 10-15 years generally care and show deep interest in who they are coaching. Especially if the athlete is dedicated to the sport. The coach will see to it that the athlete makes a passing grade, and is on track with everything school related in order to excel in his/her sport and hopefully making it to the next level. Other coaches with 10-15 years coaching may not be so caring and showing that interest in you as the next one. Just so that you are a part of his/her program. This coach generally does not go out of their way to ensure the success of his/her athletes. Cares just solely on being a coach, not fulfilling with what comes with it and beyond to develop an winning organization and dedicated athlete or team. To sum it all up coaches experience varies on his/her will to encourage or just simply be different.

I used to be a cross-country skiing coach for kids and in my opinion kids love to play games the most and the more fun is training process the more engaging it will be for them and more rewarding for the coach.
