Social media is a mechanism that can make or break your company. Utilizing social media platforms like facebook and Instagram could allow you to reach potential customers outside of the people you already know. It is also a free way to advertise your product or service. In addition, you can use social media to interact with customers and potential customers.

One of the best ways is by starting with your inner circle of family and friends. You'd be surprised at how many people your inner circle is then connected to and news will spread quickly among their 2nd and 3rd connections.
Think about ads you see online versus if your uncle or cousin tells you about a company. You're much more likely to check out something that was referenced by your family member.
Once you have some momentum there it will also serve as a test market to see if there is a larger need. Then you can start to explore broader forms of advertising.

If you haven't started your business already, I'd recommend making your own way in the business world first, find people that are interested in your company idea as you build your personal brand, and then finding people willing to co-sponsor your company's launch. The better your launch of the company, the healthier its overall trajectory will be financially.

The stage is often set in the beginning, so making sure you follow all of the necessary steps when starting your business can set the foundation for success.

There are many books on the topic "starting a business" because American is the land of many opportunities where anyone can open a business.
