Hi Kourtney,
I am a medical student and at first it takes a while to learn medical terminology. Then you are using it so frequently that it becomes natural and easy to remember. However, I am always learning new terminology and new facts throughout my career. It is always ok to not know some terminology because you can look it up if you need to. However, most medical terminology doctors will use everyday and it will become very common to you as well.

I agree with the previous poster, it becomes second nature to remember the terminology. In some cases as you further your education it really makes sense too!
