Goal setting requires determination and constant evaluation. Dont be discouraged if you're not seeing the results you thought you would. Not everyone masters all goals and the important thing to remember is the skills you learned. You can apply newly acquired skills to other goals that will help you achieve your goals.

Hi Diana,
The best way to first structure your goal is to ensure that it is a SMART goal:
Specific (detail your goal as much as you can, be objective and factual about it)
Measurable (you need to have indicators/metrics that can help you know whether you are close to achieving your goal or if you are taking the right steps towards it)
Achievable (you need to be aware of whether this goal is attainable or not...start by setting small milestones instead of trying to take one big giant leap)
Realistic (same as above, are you setting a goal which is realistic to your current situation?)
Timely (you don't necessarily have to put a final date, but setting specific milestones and target dates will help you keep on track)
Once you know what your SMART goal is, you will then need to look at what resources are available to you that can help you in your journey. These resources can be tools, people, trainings, etc. that you can leverage to achieve your goal.
Then, you can start on your action plan (specific actions/behaviors you will need to take to achieve your goal).
Hope this helps you!
