Hi Estrella! I'm going to attempt to answer the logistics of your questions and leave the experience questions for working surgeons. As a surgeon you need to study 4 years of undergraduate college, 4 years of medical school, and 3-7 years of residency depending on your specialty, therefore it takes about 11-15 years total to be an attending surgeon. The yearly salary again is going to depend on your specialty and which hospital you work at but it ranges anywhere from 200 to 600k per year.

To become a Registered Dietitian (RD) now requires a masters degree in human nutrition or related major as well as passing a licensing exam. Finding a job comes down to deciding what path you want to take as there are many; you can choose to work in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, clinics, public health or private practice. The daily environment and salary will vary depending on your choice.
