You should get a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Take classes on database management. Learn Python, Matlab and SQL. This is a course in my university:- http://pages.cs.wisc.edu/~paris/cs564-s18/index.html. Check out the books and slides for that class. Read up about topics related to this subject.

Be careful. There is not formula of classes that will give you everything you need to know for any career IS Manager included. Good universities are constantly changing their class curriculum to adapt to the changing business environment. It's almost a guarantee that some of what you learn in your college classes will be outdated by the time your career begins. Don't fret the classes. Take the obvious foundational classes, and work with your college advisors on developing the best set of classes for you. What's more important is to get some experience. Internship experience is incredibly useful, as it allows you to apply what you've learned and learn what is being used by businesses right now. The more real life problem-solving you get to do while you're in college the better off you'll be.
