Hi Ronldo
If you're asking about training to become a policy officer then the answer will depend on the city/county/state. Each has their own law enforcement organizations and training requirements.
https://www.michigan.gov/msp/0,4643,7-123-62526_62528---,00.html says a MI State Trooper receives 1200 hours of training over 20-22 weeks.

Hi! of course it depends on where you are applying for and for what position. But you will have to do the police academy and pass it and for a few departments you will get trained my FTO (field training officers) and they will give you points and you will go spend week or weeks with them and they will pass you, make you retake the week, or recommend you get out of the department because you aren't qualified. You will have 4 different parts and you will have learned from 4 different FTO and if you pass the weeks you get to be an officer.
