Hi Daniel. Firefighting is a rewarding career with a focus on serving the community. The average annual salary for a firefighter in the United States is $45,195 per year, but this figure can vary depending on factors such as your experience level and location.

This is super dependent on where you live etc. I still know firefighters who get 17$/hr but that's at the bottom of the food chain. You do get an awesome schedule and so lots of firefighters have side businesses they run. It helps to also be an EMT (paid more), etc.
I appreciate this, thank you for the advice.
